Healthy Granola Bar Recipe (6 ingredients!) – These peanut butter and nut granola bars are great for a healthy grab-and-go breakfast or a snack! Gluten-free with no refined sugar!


  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed



  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the peanut butter for 10-30 seconds, checking at 10 second intervals until runny.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients until the oat and nut mixture binds to itself. It should be slightly sticky but still be able to break apart into clumps.
  4. Transfer the oat and nut mixture into the baking tray and press down with the back of a spatula to pack it down and create an even surface on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let the granola bar cool completely inside the tray before removing it and cutting into 12 square slices.


  • I used a 13-by-9 inch baking dish for this recipe, which made square bars about 1/2 inch thick, If you want thicker bars, use a smaller baking dish.
